Once the appropriate base material is selected, it is manually placed onto the cutting bed, tooling is positioned on top, and the two-handle safety mechanism activates the stamping process. Each cut delivers a gasket that perfectly matches the tooling specifications.
The machine’s swinging head allows for quick repositioning, enabling high-speed, repetitive cutting. Often referred to as clicker presses due to their distinctive cutting sound, swing beam machines are ideal for low-volume and small-size gasket production.
