Hypalon rubber is a chlorosulphonated polyethylene synthetic rubber and is generally used by RH Nuttall for roofing and weathering applications. RH Nuttall Limited produce hypalon sheet, hypalon washers, hypalon gaskets, hypalon seals, hypalon strips and hypalon sheeting from hypalon rubber for a variety of different industrial sectors.

  • Very good resistance to most chemicals and oils at both high and low temperatures.
  • Good resistance to weathering, oxidation, sunlight and ozone.
  • Good dielectric properties and abrasion resistance.
  • Not suitable for application requiring resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons and ketones.
