Coloured rubber pads

At RH Nuttall we manufacture our rubber pads from two main colours, black or white. Black rubber pads are discrete in their appearance and can easily be hidden on the bottom surface of your application.

Our white rubber pads come either in a brilliant white colour, or a cream colour depending on the application you desire them put onto.

Other colours of rubber pads are available, but this is dependent on quantities required.

We do stock limited amounts of grey rubber, red rubber, and blue rubber, if your rubber pads need to be manufactured and supplied in these colours. Thickness choice is more limited on this range though.

Self-adhesive rubber pads

Our range of rubber pads come either plain or can have a self-adhesive applied to one or both faces. We stock three types of adhesive backings depending on the desired application:

  • Low tack – a semi-permanent adhesive backing that can be applied to any rubber pad. Commonly used when transporting metal goods and allowing the rubber pad or buffer to be quickly removed upon arrival.
  • Medium tack – a universal adhesive we use for the majority of our rubber pads. This has a good grab strength but can be removed if force is applied.
  • High tack – a strong adhesive generally used when the rubber pad needs to remain in situ.

Our rubber pads can be supplied in individual pieces, or kiss cut onto strip or coil. Please speak to our sales team for more information about this process.

Bespoke rubber pads and rubber blocks

At RH Nuttall, we try our best to accommodate all our customer’s requirements where we can. If you have a rubber pad, or rubber block, that needs to be custom made, then look no further. Our in house cutting facilities allow us to manufacture your rubber pads with holes or slots depending on the configuration.

Rubber pads are often used to act as a buffer between two mating surfaces, and sometimes this requires bolt holes to be die cut through the pad in order for the bolts to be inserted when assembling. Please ask a member of our sales team for more information on our bespoke rubber pad cutting services.
