Our advanced MTHP machines enable the precise manual stamping of gaskets, ensuring high-quality production. The process begins with a manual die setup by our skilled technicians. Test cuts are performed until the optimal cutting depth is achieved, after which full production commences.
How It Works
The machine’s cutting head manually lowers onto a cutting board, where the base material is placed. A tooling die is positioned on top, and the head applies 30 tonnes of pressure to punch out the gasket shape.
After each cut, the tooling is repositioned onto fresh material, and the machine’s beam moves to the pre-set cutting location. The head then lowers again, stamping the desired shape. This cycle continues until the required quantity is produced.
