Sizes of Strip Available

Our strip can be supplied in widths ranging from 3mm up to 1000mm and can be produced to any given length. Thicknesses of strip we can supply include 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm right up to 40mm depending on the required material.

Self-Adhesive strip available

RH Nuttall can produce strips with adhesive applied to one or both sides of the strip. Simply peel away the backing to reveal the adhesive. We have the latest rotary slitting machines capable of producing special ‘one-off’ pieces right up to multi-thousand unit runs. We also have automatic guillotines, which produce cut strip in harder or denser materials. We specialise in all types of self-adhesive sponge strips, foam rubber strips, neoprene foam strips, EPDM foam strips, adhesive backed silicone sponge strips, rubber strips as well as self-adhesive backed rubber strips.

Kiss-Cut Strip Available

Certain adhesive backed strips, depending on the base material, can be provided as ‘kiss-cut’ parts. These adhesive backed strips are produced on a roll of release paper, leaving the strip to be easily peeled away with the adhesive backing still attached to the strip.
