Introducing Mark Johnson

New Sales Manager appointed!

We are very excited to announce the imminent arrival of Mr Mark Johnson, our new Sales Manager here at RHN. Mark has a wealth of experience within the trade, gained over a number of years within the rubber industry, and is going to be the final piece in the jigsaw that we have been looking for here at RHN for some time.

For those who don’t already know Mark, he has in fact been dealing with RHN in various guises since the days when the late Mr Bob Nuttall was running the business during the 1990’s. As such, Mark has known all three generations of the Nuttall family, and has seen how the business has grown from the early days to the levels we are at today.

Mark fully understands how the foundations and subsequent success of RHN has come about, and this is something we feel crucial to understanding how to further move the business forward.
Mark really buys into the family ethos of RHN, with reputation top on his priority list, and hopes with his wealth of experience that he can implement systems and give fresh ideas, taking us to the next level of cut non-metallic washers and gaskets.

Setting objectives, coaching, motivating, planning, and performance management, are all skills that come naturally to Mark, and with his imminent arrival, something that should further enhance our ever growing reputation, and market leading position.

We know that Mark’s knowledge and experience will play a vital role in supporting and complementing our existing sales team. Mark’s ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to succeed will help us to continue moving the business forward. Mark has a great positivity about him which we feel will enable him to fit in well with everyone here at RHN, allowing him to mentor and nurture the Sales team, while developing their skill sets even further.
