A mechanical seal helps join systems together whilst simultaneously preventing leakage.

Seals can be produced in various materials depending on a customer’s application. We manufacture most foam draught seals where a closed cell sealing solution is required such as foam letterbox seals. Foam sealing gaskets can be produced to any size or shape required and single one off runs and multi thousand batches are manufactured simultaneously.

RH Nuttall Limited also manufacture a wide range of plain and self adhesive back sealing strips. These can be used in a variety of applications including the prevention of air or water flow. They provide excellent seals against weathering issues and are a fundamental seal for applications including draught exclusion in a variety of construction requirements. Typical materials supplied by RH Nuttall Limited include self adhesive foam strips, foam rubber strips, self adhesive neoprene foam strips, closed cell foam strips, EPDM foam strips, silicone sponge strips, and rubber strips.

High temperature seals are manufactured by RH Nuttall Limited. Furthermore, an adhesive backing can be applied to most sealing parts we manufacture.
