Klingersil
RH Nuttall Limited manufacture a wide range of Klingersil washers, Klingersil gaskets, Klingersil seals, as well as Klingersil strip. A self adhesive backing can be applied to most parts if requested. We also stock and supply a large range of Klingersil sheeting .
Klingersil material is a compressed non asbestos fibre based product which include a combination of both rubber and aramid glass fibres. Klingersil parts that are manufactured by our Company have exceptional sealing qualities against both temperature and pressure. Furthermore, Klingersil washers, gaskets, seals, and strips are available in numerous grades, all with outstanding characteristics, including making them an ideal choice in sealing against many oils, acids, steam and solvents.
Listed below are the most common grades of Klingersil we offer our cut parts in. Please note that temperature and pressure levels outlined below are for guidance purposes only and will depend on other key factors within the application, such as thickness of the component etc. Please also be aware that maximum operating temperatures with be affected by levels of pressure within the application. The higher the pressure, the lower the temperature range. Similarly, the lower the pressure, the higher the temperature range.
