Over the past few years RH Nuttall Limited have invested heavily in new, state of the art, automated machinery allowing them to produce our PTFE washer range for a vast amount of different industries which include construction, home appliances, architectural, and automotive trades. 

RH Nuttall Limited also have the facility to apply a self adhesive backing to some PTFE washer products we produce. Furthermore, most base materials are held in stock and therefore our PTFE washers can be turned around immediately. Standard PTFE Washers include M10 PTFE Washer, M12 PTFE Washer, and M20 PTFE Washers. Custom made sizes are also readily available.

PTFE Washers - Key Characteristics

• Low coefficient of friction -the second lowest of any solid material. PTFE is suitable for most moving parts allowing them to glide over surfaces smoothly and with less effort. Suitable for bearings, gears and most sliding parts.
• Excellent dielectric properties - one of the best thermally established and non conducting plastic materials making it suitable for electrical insulators in circuit boards.
• Good chemical resistance - PTFE is chemically inert and non toxic and is used in chemical laboratories for containers, and stirres where in contact with strong acids. It is solvent resistant up to 300°C.
