Nylon Washers - RH Nuttall Limited manufacture and supply a wide range of nylon washers. Nylon washers, also known as nylon packers and nylon spacers can be supplied in any shape from simple round or square designs to a bespoke configeration with numerous holes and or slots across the flange. Due to the crystalline nature of Nylon, it makes it an excellent choice for nylon washers as it is wear resistant and durable. Possessing a fairly good heat resistance coupled with its very good physical properties, nylon washers are used on numerous domestic appliances. Nylon washers are available in numeroues grades and colours. RH Nuttall Limited are able to manufacture both Nylon 66 Washers as well as Nylon 6 Washers. Die cut Nylon Washers are able to be supplied in both white nylon washers and black nylon washers colours. Glass filled nylon washers as well as nylatron washers are also readily available depending on their application. Red nylon washers are also available, but subject to minimum order quantity. RH Nuttall Limited also have the facility to apply a self adhesive backing to any nylon washer product we produce.

RH Nuttall Limited provide a range of grades of nylon washer to suit every customer requirement. Furthermore, most base materials are held in stock and therefore our nylon products can be turned around immediately. Standard sizes include M5 Nylon Washers, M10 Nylon Washers, M12 Nylon Washers and M20 Nylon Washers. Custom made sizes are also readily available. With Nylon raw materials being held in stock, non standard nylon washers are also available with fast lead times, normally just a day or so. Furthermore, with most grades and thicknesses of nylon sheet in stock, including 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm, our nylon washers can be produced to nearly any given size within breathtaking speeds!
