EPDM Strip

RH Nuttall Limited manufacturer a wide range of EPDM strip. EPDM strips, also known as EPDM tape or EPDM glazing tape, can be supplied plain or adhesive backed to aid in application. Closed cell EPDM strips provide an excellent solution to both air and water leakage problems. We manufacture all EPDM Sponge Strip and EPDM Foam Strip on site to exact customer requirements with fast turn around times!! Common stock thicknesses of EPDM Sponge Sheet include 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, and 30mm. Any of these thicknesses of EPDM Foam sheet can be manufacturerd into any given EPDM Sponge Strip width.

Over the past few years RH Nuttall Limited have invested heavily in new, state of the art, slitting equipment allowing them to produce EPDM sponge strip for a vast range of different industries which include construction, glazing, electronics, and automotive trades.

EPDM foam has excellent properties including being air tight and water tight and therefore it is generally used within the automotive, electronic and construction trades. It is also a very good material for jointing expansion, weather stripping, glazing solutions and closure seals as well as having enough compression to act as a good shock absorber. R H Nuttall Limited can supply EPDM foam strip in various densities from low to medium and through to high density. Furthermore, our EPDM foam strip is also available in a high temperature variant taking upto 128°C as well as a semi open cell structure if needed.

RH Nuttall Limited also have the facility to apply a self adhesive backing to any foam strip product we produce. Furthermore, EPDM can be supplied as strip in both solid and expanded states dependant on customer requiremnets.

Our stripping facilities allow us to produce EPDM Sponge Strip, EPDM Foam Strip and all foam tape in coils to any given length and from widths of 4mm up to 1000mm in any given incruments and thicknesses of up to 50mm. Furthermore, most base materials are held in stock and therefore our foam strip products can be turned around immediately.
