R H Nuttall Limited manufacture and supply a range of non-metallic washers, gaskets, seals, strip, insulations and sheet to suit every requirement. All of our washers, gaskets, and strip products are custom made in house and include materials such as neoprene, SBR rubber, silicone, felt, foam, and fibre to name but a few. Furthermore, with the steady growth of our Company over such a long period we have become a leading stockist for most non-metallic materials be it in roll or sheet format. All rubber sheet and foam sheet products are held in stock to buy and ready for immediate despatch due to the introduction of our credit card facility. Most thicknesses of rubber sheet, foam sheet, neoprene sheet, nylon sheet and fibre sheet are held in stock, but please feel free to ask a member of our sales team for more information. Moreover, rubber and foam sheet products are able to be manufactured and supplied in strip format if needed.

Washers

Generally used for sealing and spacing and distributing the weight of a threaded fastener, washers can be manufactured to a high degree of accuracy in most materials. Washers supplied include neoprene washers, PTFE washers, nylon washers, EPDM washers and many more.

RH Nuttall have rotary slitting machines capable of producing special 'one-off' requirements in conjunction with multi thousand runs. Sheeting

R H Nuttall stocks a vast array of sheeting material. Sheets can be offered in any size to suit customer requirements and in any thickness. Standard stock items include nylon sheet rubber sheet, neoprene sheet, nitrile sheet, fibre sheet, gasket paper sheet, felt sheet and many more. All of our rubber sheet range can be supplied with or without a self adhesive backing.

Gaskets

A gasket is a mechanical seal that fills a space between two objects, generally to prevent leakages whilst under compression.
