Rubber (Rubber Strip, Rubber Washers, Rubber Gaskets)

RH Nuttall Limited manufacture and supply rubber washers, rubber gaskets, rubber strip, and rubber seals from natural or commercial rubber (SBR). Natural rubber, sometimes refered to as commercial rubber is an elastic hydrocarbon polymer generally used by customers of RH Nuttall Limited for applications including sealing and shock absorption (dampeners) where a particular component is protected from changes in air exposure. Our rubber washers and rubber gaskets, rubber strip and rubber sheet can all be supplied adhesive backed and are a relatively cost effective solution to various sealing applications. RH Nuttall Limited prouce a wide range of washers, gaskets and strips from rubber from simple small run batches to multi thousand runs simultaneouly. Thicknesses range from 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, to 20mm.

• Suitable for low/medium duty applications.
• A vast hardness range whilst being relatively cheap. 
• Excellent physical properties including abrasion resistance, good tensile strength and low compression set.
• Excellent low temperature properties.
• Not suitable for use with solvents including aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, including lubricating oil and petrol.
