Jiffycel® Foam

RH Nuttall Limited supply a wide range of parts in closed cell, non cross linked polyethylene, Jiffycel® foam, including washers, gaskets, seals, insulations, strips and sheeting. Furthermore, a self adhesive backing can be applied to one or both faces to aid in the application process.

Due to the range of densities and relative low cost, Jiffycel® foam is generally used for packaging purposes. It is predominantly used by RH Nuttall Limited for high grade electronic packaging in forms of strips or gaskets.

Jiffycel® is available in black and white colours.

General Characteristics

  • Moderate temperature prevail ranging from -40°C to +70°C.
  • Good bouyancy properties.
  • A low cost versatile packaging foam.
